家康电器经销商的规范管理:

1、以家康品牌终端执行手册为基础,以统一形象经营终端卖场;

2、按照家康品牌终端卖场VI规范进行终端的内外装修;

3、公司总部对其营业状况具有知情权;

4、仅限于销售家康品牌的产品系列;

5、享受家康品牌经销商特价产品,并享受区域保护和推广支持;

6、根据家康品牌产品销售情况享受一定比例的广告和装修补贴;

7、须从家康电器总部指定的配货中心进货;

8、经销商进货价格执行全国统一出厂价;

9、家康品牌产品零售价格须遵守家康电器公司总部高、低零售价的规定;

10、承担区域内家康电器产品的售后维修服务义务。

经销商专卖店选址的基本原则:

1、富裕地区布店可较为密集,应在富裕镇级以上设点,但以保证经销商合理赢利为前提;

2、普通地区一般控制在地级市以上,店铺地址在商业旺区或成熟的专业市场区域;

3、建店的密度应考虑尽可能共享宣传资源,并有利于配送货物;

4、当地家康电器知名度不高时一般先考虑现场促销宣传活动;

5、当地以商场为主要卖场时,应考虑开发商场内的店中店或专柜;

6、经销商办理专卖店资格申请时,必须对当地厨电器具销售市场有较深入的分析。
